Moderate right knee synovial effusion in the supra-patellar bursa of a 38-year-old female RA patient with a disease duration of 8 years and DAS-28 score of 4.5. She had combined high serum and synovial IL-37 of 440 pg/ml and 670 pg/ml respectively, and she was receiving MTX 17.5 mg/week.
